  • Vehicle information you submit (for example VIN or model details).
  • Content files you upload (for example documents or images linked to vehicle workflows).

  • Location, photo library, or camera access is used only when you trigger related features.

  • Provide core app functionality and account authentication.
  • Enable subscriptions and enforce plan entitlements.
  • Deliver AI and data features requested by users.
  • Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Turismo AI uses third-party processors to operate the service:

  • Clerk: authentication and account management.
  • RevenueCat / Apple: subscription status and in-app purchase lifecycle.
  • Supabase: data storage and retrieval.
  • PostHog: analytics and product telemetry.
  • OpenAI: AI assistance features when invoked by users.
  • CarsXE / VinAudit (or equivalent APIs): vehicle information services.
  • Sentry (if enabled): crash monitoring and diagnostics.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments. Links are available on request via support.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as required for product operation, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and support continuity. You can request deletion subject to legal and contractual constraints.
