4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscription billing and renewals are managed through Apple in-app purchase systems.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

• Use Turismo AI for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or bypass service protections.
• Upload malicious files or content you do not have rights to use.

Turismo AI and related trademarks, software, content, and design elements remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service as intended.

Turismo AI provides informational assistance only. Vehicle data, valuation outputs, and AI-generated responses may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The service is not legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turismo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create risk for users or system integrity.
